A Warning to all Law Enforcement

Former Captain of the Guards Ranger Foxcrown has returned. He has blatantly shown himself to be bitter about his dismissal and has warned the current captain to watch his back. All guards are advised to keep an eye out for him and any suspicious behavior

On another note it has been reported that a body was found in the Harbour which matches the description of a man involved in a fight several nights ago at Ellington's Last stop. More as this develops.
