Community help with room descriptions

Since they haven't been put back up yet, I figured everyone could lend a hand with it. That way everyone can give input on how they envision different areas, and maybe there can be a consensus on it. To start things off, just give a short description of one of the rooms in the chat (No shops, or owned places..So no Stop, since that would be up to Cedric, etc.), along with a picture. I'll update this later on to start things off.
