Notice from Captain Vincent Syth

Ranger scouts have reported a encampment within the mountains to the northeastern corner of the Silver forest, where forest meets mountains. It's a rather large group of them, my theory is several collected bands of theives meeting together for some purpose.

By the power appointed as the Captain of the Ranger force the northern third of the forest is closed off to all civilians. Anyone recognized from the city in this area is going to be arrested an fined. The trees at the border of this closed off area will be marked.

Extra note to all Rangers. I will be taking a small strike force of two or three others as spies into the encampment to find out why so many are gathering. This does entail dressing as, and acting as bandits. If you are willing to give your life come speak to me. If you are fearing death then you are not the best choice for this mission, also come speak to me in that case.
