Race: Human (That's right! Plain old human! Nothing crazy or wonky, or multiple personalities!)

Alignment: Lawful Neutral (However his Goddess' Law, not the Law of Cities)

Weapons: As a Cleric, Richard was trained in the Chosen Weapon of his Deity (Though the Goddess does have Several) as well as a few ranged weapons. He carries a brilliant Long Sword that bares the crest of the Goddess (An eye caught in flames) inside of a large ruby set in the hilt of the pommel. He Also carries a shield that bares a larger version of the symbol on the front.

Special Abilities: Richard is a powerful Cleric who can Turn or Rebuke UN-dead (Scare them away, or completely obliterate them). He can Expend these attempts at Rebuking or Turning for several other abilities, such as a wide range healing burst, or sometimes to inflict the ability upon Elemental creatures and a few more otherworldly creatures. His Healing spells are also more powerful than ordinary Clerics, due to his advanced study of his religion's healing. He can spontaneously Channel Healing spells from the Healing Domain, and Negative Energy as well.

Magical Abilities: Healing isn't the only thing Richard can do. As a Cleric he has studied numerous volumes of magic to obtain a very diverse spell list. He generally casts a fortune telling spell, or tries to gain as much information as possible for the coming day, to know what kind of spells he should prepare early on.

History: Richard was born into a family that had long devoted themselves to the Word of the Goddess, and when he was of proper age they enrolled him in Cleric Studies. Strangely enough, Richard took a different path than most when studying under his teachers. He became one of the few Clerics who could channel Negative energy, but still spontaneously cast (Substitute any spell for a certain spell of the same level) Healing spells from the Healing Domain. When they realized his potential they placed him in a specialized healing class. Those who passed their exams became Radiant Servants, or clerics capable of casting Healing spells at 150% with no extra drain on their powers.

At one point in his life, when he was 21, Richard was summoned by the King and the Herald of the Goddess (The only man to have ever spoken too and seen the goddess) for a special mission. Under the leadership of Knight-Cleric Calice, they were to investigate a town that had been experiencing Strange Phenomenons. It was there that they discovered the Cult of the Reaper, an order dedicated to the worship of death and destruction. While trying to investigate the party was captured and almost sacrificed to the Evil Reaper, when Mother intervened and saved them. She swept them away to her home in the heavens, saving them from dying, and sent them back to earth with her blessings and hope that they would wipe out the Evil Cult. Five Years had passed on the Earth when they had returned, many people believing them to be dead. Richard made his own path from the group, acting as a wandering Missionary for the Goddess, using his abilities where needed. But he always keeps his ear to the ground for rumors of the Cult of the Reaper.
