Arixus Phae

A young woman, prim and proper, has arrived recently in the City of Eldarus. She dresses fashionably, in mostly colors of black, grey, and white, and her clothes cover up even her wrists and ankles. She gives off a prudish and uptight impression, but also a very intelligent and serious one. Her hair is black, and generally arranged in a meticulous and elegant chignon. Her eyes are a bright and eerie green color, which glitter feverishly when reflecting light, or whenever her pretty face deigns to boast one of her sweet smiles.
